All teletherapy sessions are conducted through secure, HIPAA-compliant platforms, and client records are stored and handled in accordance with federal and state privacy standards.

Per Georgia teletherapy regulations, clients must be physically located within the state of Georgia at the time of each teletherapy session in order to receive services.
